Hi! I’m Sylvester, a UX designer/Researcher based in Manchester, United Kingdom. I have a passion for creating user experiences that are seamless and impactful. I especially enjoy understanding user behaviour and being able to take that information to design delightful experiences.

I strongly believe in the importance of user research, user-driven designs and iteration. I know how to drive effective research, convert business requirements into designs. Since every project is different, I adapt my workflow and design process as needed, while maintaining an overall user-centered, lean UX framework.
